This is what is happening in my world!
I am so over-worked I am cross-eyed . It’s a good look. But I’m getting there. Still holed up finishing everything I can on the album. Recently I’ve been recording vox, trumpets, more cellos and I’ve summoned up the spirit of Noel Coward for one song (no, really, I have).
I’ve been burning and printing cds like a mad thing and sending them out to some radio and other places. Then video meetings, rehearsals, organising gigs and ridiculous 22 hour shifts organising promo blasts. Sleep does not come.
On 17th July played a gig @ The Stag in Hampstead. Wonk weather put a stop to the plans to play outside and we were shifted inside into a candle-lit corner. We tried out some new songs, including Ménage à Moi. If you want a taster of this gig, there’s a live video (Vampires) HERE .

-Sun 14th August, Farmer Phil Festival. 2-3pm Shrewsbury, Shropshire, so it will be amazing to see you there if you are in that area. All the details of the festival on the website .
-Sat 20th August, LUV (live, unplugged, vocal) @ Dingwalls market area (outdoor gig again – please don’t rain again….you …sky….you). 6.30-9.30pm time TBC. Camden Market.
-Wed 24th August, The Wheelbarrow. From 8pm. Also playing live will be Ms Sue Denim of Robots in Disguise. I’m onstage 9.30pm. Camden High Street.
MERCH is now up for sale on the website too. This is really important as any funds I make will be go into mastering album, buying ink, sending out packages, touring, getting my own instruments. Alongside the pre-sales for Don’t Sleep (everyone who has ordered so far – thank you so!), you’ll now find ‘We All Break Sometimes’ T-shirts available.
